Human resources are of great importance with RMV.
The demands in connection with welding tasks are on the increase, and thus, RMV strives to upgrade all the time.
Therefore, it is important to RMV that the employees have the certificates required in order to meet the demands from the customers as well as from the authorities.
The smiths with RMV have very different professional experience from previous jobs. – We have people with skills within steel sheet welding for buildings, weld-up of oil pipelines, erection of roller coasters and many other things.
The combination of these competences makes a strong team of very skilful smiths.
